Please make payments for your selected program using the Zeffy link supplied or by etransfer to payments[@]trorontowalkingsoccer.com.If you would prefer to Pay-Per-Game then you must pay BEFORE you play.

What is walking soccer?
Walking soccer is a non-contact version of the beautiful game designed to keep people active, regardless of age or fitness level. The primary rule is no running—one foot must be on the ground at all times. It is perfect for those who love soccer but want a lower-impact experience and most importantly, no injuries!!
Where & when do you play?
We host sessions in several locations in Toronto. We play on Saturday and Tuesday mornings, Tuesday/Thursday afternnon and evenings

How much does it cost?
We offer both full-program registration and a "Pay-Per-Play" option:
- Full Season: Prices typically range from $90 to $250 depending on the duration of the session.
- Pay-Per-Play: Usually $20 per game. You must still register as a member and sign the Waiver to participate.

What are the main rules?
We follow the England FA's Walking Football rules with a few club-specific edits. You can read them here.
Who can play?
The Loons welcome everyone! While the sport is popular with those aged 50+, our sessions are inclusive and open to adults of all ages and abilities who want to play in a respectful, social environment.
What gear do I need?
What gear do I need?
- Footwear: Turf Soccer shoes are recommended for Turf fields. Cleats are not allowed
- Shin Guards: Not mandatory but recommended
- Clothing: Breathable athletic wear. Please bring a red and a black shirt if you don't have a club kit yet. This will help us make teams.
Water: Always bring plenty of water in a refillable water bottle.
Do you offer Women-Only games?
We are proud to offer Women-only games every Saturday. If there are not enough women wanting to form a game then members will play co-ed.
Do you offer competitive events?
Every year TWSC play 6-8 events. These are coed and played in a friendly competitive nature. The opponent clubs are all based in Southern Ontario.
This year we are pioneering a new league, TWSL – Toronto Walking Soccer League. This league will be hosted on Saturdays at Cherry Beach Sports Fields. There will be seperate Womens and Mens Leagues.
Can I try out for the Canada National Team?
Toronto Walking Soccer Club offers opportunities to progress to the national team. At the 2026 World Nations Cup (The World Cup of walking soccer) The Loons had 16 members involved with the national team as players, coaches and managers at various age groups and genders.
What is the weather policy?
We play rain or shine! Games are cancelled only in extreme conditions, mainly for extreme heat, extreme cold or thunderstorms or torrential rain.
Do you provide uniforms?
High quality Toronto game shirts are available to purchase in both red and black. They are printed with a club badge and a number if required. Please contact info[@]torontowalkingsoccer.com for more information.
